Stacey works in the Commercial Lines department and has been instrumental to our success, making sure that our commercial lines clients receive the best service in the industry. Here is a quick Q & A with Stacey!

What is your role at NAP?

I am a Business Client Manager responsible for supporting a portion of our commercial lines accounts. I am responsible for handling the daily wants and needs of each client. This can include providing certificates and automobile identification cards, making policy changes, and many other things. I am responsible for ensuring that all clients get the best service here at New Agency Partners.

What would people never guess you do in your role?

There isn’t anything that I can think of that people would never guess I did in my role. I just make sure to go above and beyond for my clients.

What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?

I enjoy making sure my clients are helped with any wants or needs. I also enjoy making sure they understand their insurance program.

Before working here, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

I actually worked as a manager at Abercrombie & Fitch. This was unusual for me because I’ve never had any interest in retail.

What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?

I love to listen to and make music. In my younger days, I was part of a singing group that performed at various venues including a major multi-city tour.

What is one thing you couldn’t live without?

I could never live without music. Music is what moves the world and brings us all together.

What is your hidden talent or an interesting fact about you?

I can play the clarinet. I played the clarinet faithfully for 9 years. I think I could still play a tune or two if needed.

What is your favorite movie? Why?

My favorite movie is Titanic; I watch it every time it is played on TV. I love romance with a little suspense.

What is your motto, personal mantra, or favorite quote?

When are you happiest?

I am happiest when I’m with my family from Maryland. I currently live in New Jersey but lived most of my life in Salisbury, Maryland.
