tax law

Who must send Notices of Creditable Coverage?

All plan sponsors that provide prescription drug coverage to any Medicare-eligible beneficiary must provide an annual Notice of Creditable Coverage to the Medicare-eligible population in that plan. The only exception is for plan sponsors that provide coverage under a contracted Medicare Part D Plan.
