Jackie works as a Client Associate in our Group Benefits department and has been instrumental in making sure that our benefits clients have the right insurance programs to fit their specific needs. Here is a quick Q & A with Jackie!
What is your role at NAP?
I am a Client Associate in the Group Benefits Department. I support the Client Managers by creating client proposals, processing enrollment changes, and resolving billing issues.
What would people never guess you do in your role?
I keep the department on an even keel. It’s my Jamaican “thing” – Yea Mon! And of course, I talk to myself, because sometimes I need expert advice!
What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
I really enjoy knowing that I provided a client or a colleague with an answer to a troubling issue. I especially like when my efforts help us to attract a new client.
Before working here, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
Being a mom has always been my life’s work. It remains the most important. NAP is a close second.
What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
Dancing, completing crossword puzzles and drinking a Red Stripe.
What is one thing you couldn’t live without?
My long manicured nails!
What is your hidden talent or an interesting fact about you?
I can sing.
What is your favorite movie and/or book? Why?
My favorite movie is Indecent Proposal. I read too many books to have one favorite. I guess you could say that the one I am reading is my favorite.

Tomorrow is not promised to anyone; take a chance and live today.
When are you happiest?
With my family as we laugh a lot!
